Quality Policy

Our aim is to deliver integrated logistics solutions which are innovative, flexible, cost effective and of consistent high quality. Through the commitment of our personnel Seafield intend to be your preferred choice of supply chain specialist.

Warehousing, Transport and contract packing services will be provided within the requirements of current legislation, ISO9001: 2000 and regulatory standards i.e. UKWA, RHA, CMR in accordance with good, ethical business practice.

The achievement of consistent high quality calls for a disciplined approach by all employees in all activities associated with the customer’s order according to the principles of the Quality System.

All quality objectives set by the Company are established and reviewed on a regular basis in order to continually improve the systems effectiveness.

All operations will be carried out as described in the Quality System Manual in conjunction with the Company Standard operating procedures site specific Standard Operating Procedures.

Site Leaders are responsible for ensuring that all their staff fully understands all aspects of quality system.

Training is an integral part of Seafield’s programme. This policy and all aspects of the quality system are to be understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organisation.
